I have been drawing since I was about three... I haven't stopped yet.
· Mediums/Techniques: Oil paints; acrylic paints; digital art; pencil/graphic; ink and wash (brush or nib-pen); ceramic sculpture; polymer sculpture; doll making; mixed media; photography; textiles (sewing and weaving); found object sculpture; mural painting…
· Portraits/commissions - Fantasy portraits, Traditional oil portraits after the old masters, pet and animal portraits, polymer sculpture portraits, pencil portraits; landscapes; intuitive spirit readings and portraits; enlargement and colouring of historical photographs; recreation of famous paintings but with the sitter in the scene – basically Helen can paint/draw anything you can think of, anyway you want it done.
· Illustration and book cover art: Children’s books; speculative fiction book covers; Graphic novels; Advertising.
· Costume/ fashion designer: Victorian inspired designs; fantasy designs; historically acuate costumes (Helen’s favourite period is mid to late Victorian); accessories – hats, gloves, shoes, bags, jewellery, and wings.
· Singer/Songwriter: Highly versatile singer; very distinct writing style (modern folk); plays a variety of musical instruments.
· Actor/Performer: Stage and Screen; Street theatre; Circus style performance (juggler, unicyclist); Dancer (belly dance, emotive dance, improvisational); living statue; model
· Website design and construction.
